Thank you for shopping with Mortal Klava! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Pre-Order Information

All Mortal Klava products are sold on a pre-order basis.

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, every order requires a minimum processing period of 30 days before shipment.

This pre-order period allows us to prepare, process, and fulfill orders before they are shipped to customers.

By placing an order with Mortal Klava, you acknowledge and agree to our pre-order processing timeline.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Our estimated fulfillment timeline is as follows:

• Pre-Order Processing: Minimum of 30 days before your order ships.

• Shipping & Delivery: Approximately 5–15 business days after your order has shipped.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: At least 30 days of processing, followed by an additional 5–15 business days for delivery.

Important: The 30-day processing period does not include shipping transit time.

All shipping estimates are subject to potential delays caused by production, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to fulfill every order as efficiently as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, production schedules, weather conditions, or shipping carrier disruptions.

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated shipping information.

5. Pre-Order Agreement

By purchasing from Mortal Klava, you understand and acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a pre-order product.

• Your order will not ship until at least 30 days after purchase.

• Delivery is estimated to take an additional 5–15 business days after shipment.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
